Return within the warranty period

We repair products that fail during the warranty period. Our general terms and conditions apply. We ask for the delivery of the goods free domicile. After the repair has been carried out, the return transport is also carried out free domicile by us.

Returns outside the warranty period

We also carry out repairs for products outside the warranty period. The costs will be billed to you either as a flat rate or according to actual costs. This depends on the device type.

Procedure of return delivery

In order to ensure a smooth and fast process for the return of defective goods, please provide the following information:

  • Copy of invoice or delivery note
  • Contact for any question
  • Return reason

Please make sure, the goods are always securely packaged for transport.

Procedure of return delivery

Goods receipt, recording, repair, goods issue are handled by us within 10 to 15 working days. However, this period may be extended in exceptional cases.
